The Slow Alchemist

A 3-Month Somatic, Trauma-Informed, and Jungian Journey
Grounding the body, listening to the psyche, tending resilience in uncertain times.

Phase 1

We are living through a time of profound uncertainty. The ground beneath us — personal, cultural, planetary — feels unstable. Many of us carry tension, fatigue, or quiet overwhelm in our bodies. Dreams rise with vivid messages. And somehow, the way we meet this moment shapes both our personal lives and the world we share.

This is not a coincidence. In times of collective upheaval, both body and psyche speak more urgently. They ask us to listen, slow down, and meet what is moving within us with care rather than avoidance.

This 3-month Phase 1 journey is for those who feel that call — the sensitives, seekers, and creatives who want to step into a container that is spacious, gentle, and restorative. Together, we’ll ground into somatic practices, explore dreams and symbols through a Jungian lens, and nurture resilience in both body and psyche.

This container is designed to be light and accessible. Practices are optional and brief, recordings are provided, and participation is gentle. It is a cozy place to rest, integrate, and reflect — not another to-do.

Closing Note

This container is about creating a spacious, cozy place to land — a place to exhale, reflect, and explore your body and psyche with care.

If you’ve been longing for gentle guidance, connection, and depth in a world that feels unstable, I would be honored to walk with you.

My work is rooted in over two decades of guiding individuals and groups through mindful, creative, and trauma-aware processes of transformation. I began working with young women in 2001, the same year I entered intensive training in meditation and contemplative practice with a Buddhist monk. I was formally approved to begin teaching in 2008. While this lineage continues to shape my way of being—centered in presence, compassion, and inner stillness—my work is not religious or prescriptive. It’s invitational, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience.

In addition to contemplative practice, my background includes training in positive psychology, neuroscience, and somatic wellness. I was originally trained as a clinical psychologist before choosing a more integrative path—one that honors intuition, creativity, and deep listening alongside science. I’ve spent years weaving these threads together: guiding people into inner alignment through ritual, reflection, body awareness, and creative process.

At the core of everything I offer is a deep commitment to safety. Real, sustainable change doesn’t happen through force, discipline, or willpower alone. Our nervous systems need to feel safe enough to imagine a new way of being—before the mind can believe it’s possible. Habits and practices can support this shift, but only when they’re grounded in compassion and inner permission.

I’ve held space in community centers, nonprofits, gardens, galleries, and prisons—always returning to the same core: presence, relationship, and the courage to slow down. I’m especially attuned to working with sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent people, and those in seasons of transition or reimagining.

Rather than offering a quick fix or clinical solution, I create gentle, intuitive containers for becoming—where people can reconnect with their own truth, vitality, and deeper belonging.
