A Mindfulness-Based Coaching Circle
(Beta Offering – July)

Steadiness. Self-compassion. Space to begin again.

I’ve been meditating for nearly 25 years and teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups since the economic collapse of 2008. What I’ve learned, again and again, is this:

Meditation isn’t what you think.
It’s not about clearing your mind or fixing yourself.
It’s about relating to your inner world with gentleness, presence, and the courage to stay.

This July, I’m inviting a small group of people into a soft container for reflection and real support.

What’s included:

  • Four weekly group sessions via Zoom (live + replays)

  • Guided meditations rooted in mindfulness and self-compassion

  • Group coaching + time for individual reflection

  • Optional journaling prompts and practices between sessions

  • A calm, supportive space to be real and begin again

Details:

  • 💠 Begins: mid-July (day/time set with group)

  • 💠 Sliding scale: $150–250

  • 💠 Only 6 spots available

This is a beta round, which means I’m offering it at a lower rate in exchange for your feedback as I shape future offerings.

My work is rooted in over two decades of guiding individuals and groups through mindful, creative, and trauma-aware processes of transformation. I began working with young women in 2001, the same year I entered intensive training in meditation and contemplative practice with a Buddhist monk. I was formally approved to begin teaching in 2008. While this lineage continues to shape my way of being—centered in presence, compassion, and inner stillness—my work is not religious or prescriptive. It’s invitational, inclusive, and grounded in lived experience.

In addition to contemplative practice, my background includes training in positive psychology, neuroscience, and somatic wellness. I was originally trained as a clinical psychologist before choosing a more integrative path—one that honors intuition, creativity, and deep listening alongside science. I’ve spent years weaving these threads together: guiding people into inner alignment through ritual, reflection, body awareness, and creative process.

At the core of everything I offer is a deep commitment to safety. Real, sustainable change doesn’t happen through force, discipline, or willpower alone. Our nervous systems need to feel safe enough to imagine a new way of being—before the mind can believe it’s possible. Habits and practices can support this shift, but only when they’re grounded in compassion and inner permission.

I’ve held space in community centers, nonprofits, gardens, galleries, and prisons—always returning to the same core: presence, relationship, and the courage to slow down. I’m especially attuned to working with sensitive, creative, and neurodivergent people, and those in seasons of transition or reimagining.

Rather than offering a quick fix or clinical solution, I create gentle, intuitive containers for becoming—where people can reconnect with their own truth, vitality, and deeper belonging.
